How to request deletion

1. Send an email to khalednaaga@icloud.com with the subject HORUS data deletion request.
2. State that you want your HORUS AI Agent data deleted.
3. Include the WhatsApp phone number or identifier associated with the interaction, using only the minimum information needed for us to locate it. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details, or secrets.

What happens next

We will review the request, confirm what information can be located in systems under our control, and delete applicable retained information where deletion is technically and legally possible. The current system does not claim to keep a permanent user account database. WhatsApp and other providers may retain information under their own policies; deletion from HORUS does not automatically delete provider-held data.

If we need clarification to identify a request, we will ask by email. We may retain a minimal record of the request when required for legal or security purposes.

Stop future interactions

To stop new processing by HORUS, stop messaging the connected WhatsApp business account and withdraw or disable access where WhatsApp provides that option.
