Service

HORUS AI Agent is a personal AI assistant that may integrate with the WhatsApp Business Platform. Features can change, be unavailable, or require WhatsApp and Meta approval.

Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and respect WhatsApp’s terms and policies. Do not use HORUS to send spam, impersonate someone, harass people, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for the content and instructions you submit.

AI output

Responses are generated assistance, not professional legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice. Check important information before relying on it. Do not use the service for emergency communications.

WhatsApp and third parties

WhatsApp and Meta operate their own services and may apply separate terms, limits, permissions, and privacy practices. HORUS does not control their availability or processing.

Availability and limits

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, accuracy, response timing, call connectivity, or compatibility with every WhatsApp feature.

Termination

Use may be stopped or restricted when necessary for safety, legal compliance, platform rules, or service protection. You may stop using HORUS at any time.
