What HORUS does

HORUS AI Agent is a personal AI assistant. When enabled, it can use the WhatsApp Business Platform to receive and send messages or handle calling-related webhook events on behalf of the person operating the service.

Information that may be processed

Depending on how you use the service, WhatsApp may provide information needed to handle an interaction, such as message text, media or voice content you send, your WhatsApp identifier or phone number, timestamps, message or call event identifiers, and technical delivery information. Calling webhooks may also contain technical session information such as an SDP offer used to establish a call.

HORUS processes only what is needed to receive, route, answer, or troubleshoot an interaction. The current system does not claim to collect advertising profiles, sell personal data, or maintain a separate user-registration database. This page does not promise storage, deletion, or retention practices that are not actually implemented.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide the requested assistant response, maintain interaction state while a request is being handled, prevent duplicate or mismatched events, and diagnose delivery or security failures. WhatsApp and its providers may process information under their own terms and policies.

Sharing

HORUS does not sell personal data and does not use interactions for advertising or tracking. Data may pass through WhatsApp and service providers required to operate the assistant or the requested AI functionality. No additional sharing is promised beyond what is necessary for those functions.

Security

Webhook requests are checked before their contents are parsed. Logs used by the local test runner are intentionally limited and exclude raw payloads, identifiers, call media, SDP, and secrets. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.
